TOM PRICE - OWNER/DIRECTOR

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science from Southampton University and is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Tom also owns and manages Penn Place Investments Ltd, a commercial lending business, as well as holding various board positions and directorships across a range of companies, including several of his clients, both in the UK and overseas.

GLENN MACFARLANE - CONSULTANT

Glenn is an experienced company director, consultant and advisor with extensive experience in property development. Glenn is also a shareholders’ representative for a private family office that manages a wide range of investments across a variety of sectors. Glenn specialises in interesting “off-market” business / property investment opportunities where there is a need for financing combined with the implementation of a growth strategy and close attention to financial management focussing on maximising shareholder value.
